If you have problem running Internet Explorer or Firefox, and want to use Internet Explorer as usual, you can disable all the addons and run IE or Firefox.
Run Firefox Without Extensions
- Go to the Run dialog by going to Start > Run
- Type firefox -safe-mode
Run Internet Explorer Without Addons
- Go to Start > Run
- Type iexplore -extoff
